In an effort to improve home values and increase health standards, the Montgomery County Regional Sewer District brought sanitary sewer service to residences along Nucor Road, SR32, and the Chigger Hollow neighborhood.
As part of the project, septic tanks at connected homes were decommissioned under supervision of the Montgomery County Health Department. The project was completed in 2019 and is adding new connection as more homes are built in the area.
Design for this project was completed by VS Engineering and construction observation was done by DLZ.
